a portable heart monitor showed a low rate of 36 also showed some elevated rates of ventricular origin. What do I have ?

Hi, it indicates Ventricular rhythm, sinus rhythm is the normal rhythm, ventricular rhythm is abnormal. This means you need an EKG.
