I had a CT for balance issues, headache, confusion at the ER yesterday. The CT was normal. I ended up taking Imitrex with good results. Today out of the blue I blurted out “Dad is getting married tomorrow “? Not true in any way. What happened?

I think you have problems in the brain, you should see a neurologist, have a MRI test and ECG.,maybe more test is needed.
