can a resting heart rate of 47 to 54 in a very aerobically active person cause chronic dizziness?

Hello, for people with a lot of exercise, this heart rate is usually no problem. But not absolutely. If you have dizziness, you need to check the ECG and heart color ultrasound to further determine whether the cause of dizziness is low heart rate.
