I've had bradycardia all my life until now. I went from averaging 54 and below (even went down to 40HR), two years ago to now averaging 90 beats per minute. Why? I admit I am a salt addict but have been all my life eating only sea salt, if that matters. Nothing has changed in my diet but I will try cutting back on my iced tea which I drink throughout the day to mostly water (boring) and fight my urge to add salt to my foods. Maybe that will work lower the old BP. I will take any comments/suggestions. Oh, I'm a 70 year old male in reasonably good shape and walk 4-6 miles three to four times a week.
