Symptoms include severe shortness of breath, severe cough, and increased pain. These further leads to anxiety, or even confusion. Medications no longer work as well as they did in the past. Some patients with right-sided heart failure may have accelerated heart rate. Most patients are unwilling to eat and have significant weight loss.

The body starts to shut down, less and less response & consciousness, more sleepiness, decrease of body temperature, decrease of urine output, change in blood pressure and heart rate, irregular breathe pattern.
