Need a lot of information on diabetes my wife is a type 2 and I'm a type 1 need cookbook charts on what to eat what not to eat!!

Hello. For diabetic diet, it's important to follow the guideline, which is low GI, at least 8 grams of fiber per meal, low-sugar fruits and vegetables, less saturated fat. The below two links may present you with more useful info.
