I have been living with COPD since I was diagnosed in 2005, 12 years now. I am in stage four. My breathing is very limited. As far as physical activity goes I am very limited. But I have not quit trying to continue life. Just a lot slower now. But I was diagnosed with mixed connective tissue disease, a lung disease, which they have no cure for either. This also adds to my ability of performance. But I am not a quitter. I keep hanging in there. I am going to be 78 this year. I have many other issues, cad, congested heart failure, triple A , horse shoe kidney. I had open heart surgery, 4 by pass, had heart attack on the table my dr told me. I had had two heart attacks prior to this . I am a living miracle. Both carotid arteries have blockage. I am also in stage three for my kidneys. I am a high risk for surgery so it is only a matter of time on the triple A as it is at a 5.7 now. I have survived pneumonia over five times. My last bout was double pneumonia. I had to have my pacemaker replaced. No this is not mad
