Im having a simple prostatictomy surgery because i have a benign reading in my biopsy but after the surgery doctor said i cancer. He said thats its low and non aggressive. He said that i dont have to be worry. He just monitor.

Hello Rolan, your doctor is right. A Gleason score low-grade prostate cancer typically grows and spreads slowly, more like a chronic disease that you can live with. Your doctor needs to monitor the tumor growth by check-up every 3-6 months.
