Hello, many can cause serious shoulder and arm pain, most of them are not tumor-related. Maybe let's try to think positive, you'll know when you see that doctor.

You're over concerned. Such pain is usually nerve problem.

They're not typical cancer symptoms, yet who knows? No one can ever say there's no cancer cells in your body.

Leg pain isn't related to heart. You may get help from a Neurologist.

I have a complete tear in my left rotator cuff. 2 years been putting off surgery...I have deep pain in my left pectoral area thru the posterior muscles of upper back. The pain center is the left lower breast and left trap and headache. My ROM okay(not good training) but the chest pain pretty strong.. My breathing okay not sweating my arm aches (left) ..I have had constant pain for 45 minutes.. I m in pain but guessing not heart. 69 yrs old....very activity oriented most days.

You've been in pain for 45 minutes and you don't feel short of breath, it sounds unlike the heart. For the reotator cuff, nothing works better than rest. Try not to use the bone, joint and muscles as much as possible for days.
