How long has your symptoms lasted? When will you feel more painful when you stand up or get down? It is best to go to the hospital to see if you need to do an X-ray.
I have blood spots under my skin, some are big and some are small. They've been there for a while how can I get rid of them? Or cover them up. They are very noticeable and embarrassing. Thank you
Hello Mary. As you described, blood spots under skin, some are big some are small, existing for a while, no itchy feeling, I'll make a guess that it's angiomas, which forms skin bumps. It's because of small blood vessels coming together and it's mostly no harm. But it can be a beauty problem. Laser treatment is an option, expensive though. Using foundation to cover it up, but you might need to do it every day. One of my friends use those temporary tattoo to cover the big ones. It's easy to apply, it can last for like around a week. There're many of them on amazon.
Horse chestnut for people who bruise easily, get blood blisters, have loose skin.  Also, look at vitamin C intake and get tested for heavy metals.
A bruise disappears over time. As she said the spots were there for a period of time, it may not be bruise at all.
Hi, Mary, it's strongly advised that you get a blood routine test to check for platelet numbers. Some subcutaneous blood spots are caused by reduced platelets.

Hello Karie, there's a chance it can be arterial embolism, usually by a blood clot. I think you need to go to hospital at your earliest convenience.

Can you upload a picture of your foot rash? It could be henoch-schonlein purpura, which is a kind of small vasculitis. I post a picture of this rash below. If it looks the same as yours, you should see a dermatologist or a rheumatologist.
Rashes on your feet could be due to panniculitis, henoch-schonlein purpura, or pityriasis rosea. You need to see a dermatologist.
What is pityriasis rosea?
It is a rash that usually appears on the torso, upper arms, thighs or neck. At first, patients may notice a large, slightly raised, scaly patch. A few days later, smaller scaly spots will show. They usually clear up in 8 to 10 weeks. To help with the itching, your doctor may recommend corticosteroids, antihistamines and antiviral drug. Taking lukewarm showers also helps.

Could caffeine cause blood spots under the skin on my legs?
No. Blood spots in the lower leg are generally petechiae, which is most commonly caused by henoch schonlein purpura or various vasculitis.
What Is Vasculitis ?
Vasculitis is inflammation of your blood vessels. It causes changes in the blood vessel walls, including thickening, weakening, narrowing or scarring. These changes can restrict blood flow, resulting in organ and tissue damage.

There are many types of vasculitis, and most of them are rare. Vasculitis might affect just one organ, or several. The condition can be short term (acute) or long lasting (chronic).

Vasculitis can affect anyone, though some types are more common among certain groups. Depending on the type you have, you may improve without treatment. Some types require medications to control the inflammation and prevent flare-ups.

Medical treatment for abnormal bruising or blood spots focuses on preventing or stopping bleeding, changing or adjusting a medicine that may be causing the bruising, or treating the medical problem that is causing the bruising. If a bruise is rapidly spreading, you need try to stop the bleeding under the skin. Wrap the area (not too tightly) with an elastic bandage, such as an Ace wrap, and keep it on until you see a doctor. You can also put direct pressure on the area for 15 minutes at a time.
