I just found out that i have a fatty liver and also a stiss on my liver .What can I do to take care of both problems? Can this become serises or bad for my health.
Fatty liver, if no inflammation, doesn't harm your health right away. But you have to manage it from now on, by healthy diet, exercise and limiting alcohol. If fatty liver goes worse, it will be fibrosis or cirrhosis, which are big problems for your health. I'm lost about "stiss" though, don't know what it means.
I guess you mean you have fatty liver and liver steatosis—and they are the same. It is not serious and it is curable, but it takes time and patience and a strong will.

Treatment:
Lose weight. This is one of the best treatments for NAFLD. Weight loss helps reduce fat, inflammation, and scarring in your liver. Losing just 3% to 5% of your body weight can cut down on how much fat is in your liver.
Exercise more. Try to be active at least 30 minutes a day most days of the week. If you're trying to lose weight, you might find that it helps to exercise more. But if you don't already exercise regularly, get your doctor's OK first and start slowly.
Be kind to your liver. Don’t do things that will make it work harder. Skip alcohol. Take medications and over-the-counter drugs only as instructed. Talk to your doctor before you try any herbal remedies. Just because a product is natural, that doesn’t mean it’s safe.
Get your cholesterol down. Eat a healthy plant-based diet, exercise, and take your medications. This will get and keep your cholesterol and your triglyceride levels where they need to be
Manage your diabetes. Check your blood sugar, and take medications as your doctor prescribes.

what is stag 4 fatty liver disease
Fatty liver disease means you have extra fat in your liver. The fatty liver may or may not be inflamed. Inflammation of the liver due to fatty liver is called steatohepatitis. This inflammation may develop into scarring (fibrosis). Fibrosis often progresses to cirrhosis (a condition that causes scar tissue to gradually replace your healthy liver cells). Fatty liver disease is not staged.

If you mean stage 4 liver disease, it means liver failure. The previous 3 stages are inflammation, fibrosis, and cirrhosis.

If you mean stage 4 cirrhosis (the final stage), it means decompensated cirrhosis. Once the liver decompensates, individuals are near end-stage liver failure and need to be placed on a liver transplant list. At this stage, a transplant is the only option for a full recovery.
