If my sugar goes hi how do u bring it down

Low GI diet, or DASH diet, and do some exercises, like at least 30 minutes a day. If these don't help, you may consider get meds.

I just took my blood sugar, it is 142, I am a diabetic, what should I do for now

1-2 hours after eating, less than 180 mg/dL it's okay. B/4 a meal, 142 is too high. Go exercise, the blood glucose level will come down.

After eating, 140 mg/dL is the borderline. Before meal, 70-80 mg/dL is the ideal value. If the value a post-meal one?
