I don't know how to care for the fracture.  I am getting  a  lot of  bed rest. Can't do much else, it's very painful.
Hello, if you have the fracture in the long bone of the torso, bed rest is necessary. I understand it's boring, but that's what the recovery takes. You can turn over properly, when you are bored, find a way to do something pleasant. Always think of the best you'll feel better.
My doctor prescribed Percocet and tramadol for pain for the lumbar fracture. It's 5 days later and my doctor hasn't contacted my insurance. I. Am 61 years old and the pain is getting unbearable. I am scared and don't know what to do. Help
Why don't you call your doctor and ask about it?
I have a lumbar fracture. I caused it. I saw a specialist, and used the reflex hammer, and there was no response on both my knees. I got a little worried, but was afraid to ask. I'm never going to be the same, am I?
What exactly does a MRI show?  Could I have even more damage?
Hello, where is the lumbar vertebrae of the fracture? What are your current symptoms? Even a normal person may not be able to induce knee reflexes, so you don't have to worry too much. MRI can indicate fracture and spinal cord injury. If you have any questions, you can consult your expert and he will give you an answer in detail.
