Rabdomyalitis occurred after being unconscious from some sort of siesure for four days in Sept.'17. My legs are 80% back to normal, but my upper arms and across my shoulders are still constantly sore. Any clue, other than "it just takes time"?

I've had epilepsy all my life, even tho well controlled. The pain you mention is most likely from the awful thrashing we do while in a grand mall spell. We can hit any part of our body on hard things. The arms and legs most vulnerable.. It takes days if not weeks for the body aches and tiredness, plus other problems to go away. Hope this helps.

Do you mean you tried to relieve the pain with ice cooling? If so, then try the opposite, heat your arms, see if getting better.

Sudden unberable pain in right upper arm muscle while sitting. Lasted about 7 min. Then eased & had weakness in arm for a while. Never happened before. No reason for attack.

Hi Darlene, this sounds either a neck problem which caused nerve compression and then led to such pain, or a heart problem. But I think you'll need to rule out the heart issue.

Me too. Shoulder pain, arm pain, chest pain, back pain, nausea feeling, left side, every time one or two places I feel painful. I've seen my cardiologist a few times, he said it's not the heart, it's likely the neck, and ask me to see other doctor and get MRI. I haven't so far. I'm a bit lazy as long as it's not a heart attack.

HAVE YOU BEEN TESTED FOR CARPEL TUNNEL? SOUNDS EXACTLY WHAT I HAD.  DRS KEPT SAYING IT WAS NOT CARPLE BUT TURNED OUT IT WAS AFTER THEY TESTED.  KEPT SAYING SYMPTOMS WERE NOT FOR CARPEL.  I COULD NOT LIFT MY COFFEE CUP EVEN AND COULD HARDLY DRESS.  SO GO GET IT DONE.  OPERATION IS NOT MUCH BUT DOES REQUIRE THERAPY  GOOD LUCK  I HAVE HAD TWO DONE WITH SAME SYMPTOMS
