For the last 3 days, I've been having pain in my left shoulder blade extending through into my left breast.  Is this anything to worry about?
Hello, is it consistent or paroxysmal? Is it related to physical exercise? Will deep breath worsen it? How old are you ? Have you ever been diagnosed with digestive ulcer?
A few life-threatening chest pain: ischemic heart disease, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, aortic dissection. other disease: pneumonia, Ribitis, shingles, Intercostal neuritis, pleurisy(TB ,maybe no fever)Esophagitis, hiatal hernia, esophageal cancer, lung cancer. There're many possible causes, you need to go to hospital, get tests so that doctors can know what it is.

Also last night had sudden stomach pain, sweating, light headed.  Lasted about 7 minutes got better after BM.  I had oral surgery last week and have been on pain meds and antibiotics
What pain meds are you taking? It is very likely that your problem is caused by the painkiller.  Many painkillers, such as ibuprofen, are harmful to your stomach and cause acute gastritis. If permissible, you can try to stop the painkiller and see whether your pain improves.
Angelita I have this pain hurts when I move my left arm
Your symptoms may be caused by cervical disc herniation and compression of nerves. If the pain is severe, you can have an MRI scan of the cervical spine.
I have a pacemaker and I dont know if I'm over reacting or not but I'm not sure how to explain this feeling I'm having. It in the middle of my chest and goes to my back between my shoulder blades. It's not pain but like a lot of pressure, and when it comes on it causes me to have difficulty breathing and swallowing. It doesn't last long maybe a minute or two if that then goes away. It come and goes frequently.
Hello, I'd suggest that you take a CT scan on chest and see if there's anything abnormal, meaning lung, esophagus, etc.
I woke up to my chest hurting real bab and both of my arms were hurting too.
If you've had such feeling for a relatively long time, it may be caused by the cervical spine. If it is the first time, it's good to take an ECG to rule out heart problem.
I had the common pressure in the middle of the top of my chest then the pain in my jaws started about the same time the underside of both wrist started hurting pretty bad. I got hot and tired. Then the pain left my jaws and went to my temples. Every pain I experienced was on both sides simultaneously.
