Meniere's disease is a disorder of inner ear that can cause vertigo and hearing loss. The cause is unknow.

Symptoms are hearing loos, pressure in the ear, ringing in the affected ear(tinnitus), dizziness, vertigo.  In severe cases people can feel nausea, sweating. The diseases usually come all of a sudden.

There's no cure to Meniere's, a low-salt diet can be helpful. Doctors may prescribe water pills to reduce the fluid in your body. Activities good for relaxing are recommended, including yoga, meditation, Tai Chi,sleep.
