There is no standard time span. People can be different.
Generally a person may suffered more if the disease isn't handled properly. The time point for dialysis should be determined by your doctor according to your serum test.

In stage 5 patients have 10-15% of kidney functions, some report says without dialysis life span is around 4 weeks.

It's hard to say how long. But taking medications to control the complications will prolong the life.
Dialysis is still recommended. With dialysis end-stage can live 5 years or more.
