Your heart rate is lower than normal. Your blood pressure is higher above the normal. You should see a cardiologist and get tests. You will need to take medication. Hypertension raises the risk of cerebral infarction and cerebral Hemorrhage.
If you feel no discomfort, you may not go to ER.

I will strongly recommend you to see a cardiologist. The BP is too high, heart rate is low.

Normal BP is 90/60 - 140/90.

Normal heart rate is 60-100.
