Have you been like this all the time? Or is it just this time?

A slight higher MCV is usually by Vitamin B12 deficiency or folate deficiency. You may take multi-vitamin with Vitamin B12, folic acid, iron as a supplement, and re-test the CBC in a month.

It's generally no big deal.
How low is your RBC count? How is your Hb concentration? Female? Do you usually bleed much during period? If so, no need to worry. Diet more with high iron foods. If you're worried, you may see a doctor to further check up.
