Me too. My dr. said it's because I hold my phone all the time for too long. Trying very hard to quit the phone, it feels like I'm addicted to the stupid phone.
Is your dad a doctor?  Just want to know if his thoughts on this are based on a working medical knowledge of the human body or just his own logic-based conclusion.
My Dr. said so, not my dad. But I've done many tests which shows nothing positive so he made that claim after talking to me a few rounds.
A lot of disease could cause this symptom. Such as, kidney stone, lumbar muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation, tumor.  If you don't feel right, you should go to hospital to find out.
Over here the broken heart.
