What can I do if i can't see an eye doctor until April 1? I have floaters and at times it looks like bleeding in vision.

It sounds like your situation is serious. You should see a eye doctor and have test.
Floaters are relatively common, you can wait until the appointment day.

Bleeding is another story. If the bleeding gets worse, or once you find you can't see clearly, go to ER.

Most eye floaters are caused by age-related changes that occur as the jelly-like substance (vitreous) inside your eyes becomes more liquid. It's not an urgent case.

Bleeding in eyes is usually caused by:

  • Trauma
  • Hard coughing
  • Hard sneezing
  • Vomiting
  • Heavy lifting
  • Forceful hand rubbing of the eye
  • Constipation
  • Various eye infections
If you think any of them can be the cause, try not doing it.
