Normal blood pressure : SBP 90-140mmHg, DBP 60-90mmHg.
BP over 140/90mmHg should be concerned.

140/90 +, you need see a cardiologist and take BP medication.
180/120 +, it's a high blood pressure crisis and you need to call 9-1-1.
