As patients usually suffer from weakened body functions, side effects and high motality from pancreatic cancer and its therapies, this research is going to explore how much can pancreatic cancer patients benefit from regular exercise. This research will enroll 50 patients with pancreatic cancer(PACE). One group of the participants will be on diet only, and the other group of patients will be on diet as well as do regular exercise. By using Skype to provide counsels, communicate and gathering data from the fitness bracelet, researchers will get outcomes through comparing the effects of diet alone with diet+exercise. The goal of the study is to advance into an understudied cancer type in the oncology field and develop an intervention that will improve the quality of life of pancreatic cancer patients through distance-delivered counseling methods.
