Obesity in the elderly are more likely to cause cognitive decline and dementia. A healthy dietary pattern is beneficial to lower this risk significantly. This test is to figure out how changes in dietary habits in the case of Mediterranean diet influence weight and cognitive functioning of aged people over a 6-month follow-up period.
