  • Coffee, carbonated drinks, and alcohol
  • High-protein foods
  • Dairy products, especially cheese
  • High -caffeineated and high-sugar foods: chocolate bars and chocolate candy

In addition to these triggers, there are some foods with soluble fiber are recommended because they can relieve your symptoms.
