Apple cider vinegar is good for many things. Not only does it keep my blood pressure down, I’m diabetic and was eating ice cream like I was paid to do it. ACV keeps my sugar and my cholesterol down. I take two tablespoons a day with 2-4 ounces of water and I take one capsule of turmeric with it and one with dinner. My foot and ankle doctor just told me to put ACV on a cotton ball and apply it to my fungal toenail. It’s only been 4 days. Wish me luck. TAKE THE ACV and good luck and Happy New Year.
