Interstitial lung disease refers to many disorders. Most of these disorders cause scarring of lung tissue. The disease can make it difficult for the person to breathe. This disease occurs when a person is exposed for a long time to harmful substances such as asbestos. Several autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis can cause the disorder as well. Symptoms include:
  • Dry cough
  • Shortness of breath
This disease is generally irreversible. Medicine can only slow down the damage. Having surgery to get new lungs is an option.   Keyword: interstitial lung disease
I've been diagnose with sarcoidosis I have no feelin In my hands numbness tingling & my hands often stay cold, back & stomach pain knees, & foot pain this hasbeen goin on for the last 5 months & seem to be getting worser by day what can I ask my doctor to do to help with this pain & feeling
Sarcoidosis in some cases could be systemic. Peripheral nerve involvement in sarcoidosis could cause your symptom. A physical examination & electromyography measurement could help to determine the condition.
I would suggest a pain clinic immediately. You and I have twin ailments exactly. I suffered for a long time until pain clinic saved my life. Good luck
