Well, it depends. For me, I had my hemorrhoids removed via hemorrhoidectomy 2 years ago and now it’s no longer my concern. As I found that I had developed hemorrhoids, I immediately went to the Dr. and consulted him about the best way to get them removed. Back then, I suffered a lot from bleeding. Since they were too big and too painful to be treated with laser surgery, my Dr. recommended hemorrhoidectomy and promised that I would never get those horrible hemorrhoids again if I had this surgery and kept a healthy diet. Before the surgery, I also did some research. Based on what I've learnt, I can give you some useful tips. If your case is mild, you can just have a laser surgery to ease the symptom and get your hemorrhoids safely removed. If your case is similar or even worse than mine, then doing hemorrhoidectomy is a good choice. Other surgeries like hemorrhoidal artery ligation and recto anal repair (HAL-RAR) will also be of great help if your condition is acute. Hope that helped.
