A am in pain all the time
I am also in pain all the time. I am pretty active. I walk all the time at work. Lift heavy objects. But the pain and swelling is constant. My hands are beginning to deform. Saw a rheumatologist for the 1st time yesterday. She increased my meds. Told me to get more exercise. Come back in 4 months. I guess I agree with her treatment plan. But, I left feeling like I didn't get any real answers. Kind of like all the drs I've seen over the years. I just have to live with it. The problem is my life has become limited and a struggle for the last few years.
It looks like the drs you've seen made similar treatment plans and ordered the same meds, based on that, I would say maybe that's exactly what you need. Don't give up,  wait and see. Best regard.
