1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 4 oz of cold water, you can repeat every 4 hours. For adults, take no more than 3.5 teaspoons of baking soda a day, if you're over 60 years old, take no more than 1.5 teaspoons a day.
Do not take more than two weeks.
Do not take after you have a full meal, to avoid gastric rupture.
Do not drink the baking soda too fast, it can lead to gas and diarrhea.
Baking soda against stomach acid is a double-edged sword, if you have too much baking soda, the stomach acid is largely neutralized, your stomach will then secret more stomach acid.
