The ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a chronic progressive disease. The disease starts from the sacroiliac joint and spine, and makes the fuse of the joint, the patient cannot stand straightly with this disease. At the early stage, the patient cannot find any symptom, just feel a little bit of stiff sometimes; then as the disease develops, the symptom would be more obvious, and the patient cannot stand or sit for a long time; at the last stage, the patient would cannot stand straightly, and some of them would be disability.
