Pancreatic cancer is a very cruel illness. At first it grows silently and painlessly, and the patient usually has no idea about it. When it does show symptoms it has already progressed to advanced metastatic pancreatic cancer, leaving the patient a tiny chance of survival.
Due to different locations the pancreatic cancer has spread to, sysptoms include:
Jaundice (yellowing of eyes and skin).
Abdominal pain (The pain may come and go).
Bloating (A sense of early fullness with meals or an uncomfortable swelling in the abdomen).
Feeling or being sick.
Unexplained weight loss.
Ascites.(a build-up of fluid in your abdomen)
Keep in mind that having any or all of these symptoms doesn’t mean a person has pancreatic cancer. There are many other causes for these types of symptoms.
