An Inguinal Hernia doesn't heal on its own. A small one may not need surgery right away, you can try a supportive truss.

Like this.

When it enlarges and cause more pain, you'll need surgery. An open surgery is traditional, an laparoscopy is minimum invasive.

A hernia truss can help you feel more comfortable temporarily by keeping the protruding tissue in place, but it doesn't treat the hernia.

You will need the surgery some day anyway.
I had inguinal hernia repaired on both sides (more on right side) several days ago and now I feel more pain in my right groins... Why is there this pain now?
