Is this an allergic reaction to new shingles vaccine?

I had the same reaction, it's been over 2 weeks now (4/2). I also started vomiting and dry heaves.  I told my doctor again she tells me tylenol and heat.  It almost feels like a torn rotor cuff, but pain still goes down my arm. It's still a little swollen. Urgencare doctors told me it's an allergic reaction, so what do?

If it is allergic reaction, you could try Loratadine or anti-allergy cream.
I had shingles shot about four days ago. It has been hurting ever since. Today, the area below where the vaccine was, is hard, red, painful and very hot. It hurts now all the way to the elbow. Do I need to call my doctor?
It looks like an allergic reaction. But for every 1 million doses of a vaccine given, only one or two people may have a severe allergic reaction. You should call your doctor since an allergic reaction could not be definitively excluded.
I just had the shingles vaccine yesterday. My arm and shoulder hurt badly and i feel achy all over .What is the cause of this?
Most people got a sore arm with mild or moderate pain after getting Shingrix, and some also had redness and swelling where they got the shot. Some people felt tired, had muscle pain, a headache, shivering, fever, stomach pain, or nausea. About 1 out of 6 people who got Shingrix experienced side effects that prevented them from doing regular activities.  Symptoms went away on their own in about 2 to 3 days. Side effects were more common in younger people.

If you feel really bad, please go to the hospital and get treatment under the help of a medical practitioner.
I am 77 and with in 1/2 hour I was shaking with chills and had a fewer.  MY arm, is sore and swollen.  Every bone and joint in my body hurt, including my head.
Slept on and off for 15 straight hours and still do not feel better. This is day two.  Anxiously awaiting for day tree before I head to the doctor.
How bad is your fever? Your joint pain and sleepiness are all caused by the fever. Your doctor may prescribe you drugs to lower your temprature and you will be fine
With my second series shingles vaccine My upper arm blew up like a balloon and the redness was hot to the touch. I ran a fever the following day with nausea. Then my lips blistered with pimple like blisters. Doc said it's just my bodies reaction to the injection but it's not an allergic reaction. This is absolutely frustrating and irrational if you ask me! 3 days now, the fevers gone but the rest persists. She told me to take Benadryl but I can't fall asleep on the job!!!
It is not an allergic reaction. Signs of an allergic reaction happen within minutes or hours after vaccination and include hives, swelling of the face and throat, difficulty breathing, a fast heartbeat, dizziness, or weakness.
The side effects will disappear within several days. Do not worry.
My arm is killing me, hurts to touch. Feel lethargic
You need to see the doctor and get painkillers, such as advil to control the pain. It will generally disappear several days later
Got the vaccine yesterday afternoon and noticed a weird taste in my mouth on the drive home. That lasted all night and still lingers the next day. Also started feeling like I was coming down with something and my heart is beating strange. I’m really not sure if I’ll risk dose number 2...
I didn't experience the weird taste in mouth, just some chills and aches. I guess I will have the second shot...
