Pancreatitis is inflammation of the pancreas. The main causes are gallstones and excess alcohol.

So first, you need to avoid alcohol if you have pancreatitis. Then, you may be asked not to eat or drink until your symptoms have reduced enough. When you can start eating and drinking again, you have to keep a low fat diet, as foods containing fat may cause pain. Later, you can return to a normal well-balanced diet when your condition have improved well enough.

So the answer is it depends. If they're fried eggs or scotch eggs, they're not recommended. However, it's OK to eat scrambled. poached, or boiled eggs as they are low in fat.
Taking excessive eggs may increase your cholesterol level, which may secondarily increase the risk of pancreatitis.
