Any discomfort? Any concominant disease? If no symptom, no need to worry.
Your mother's blood is a little bit low (normal range 100-120/60-80). Does she have any symptoms/discomforts? Does she took any medications that could lower blood pressure as a side effect? If none of these are present, it is not a concern.
Does your mother have any other diseases? Is she difficult to breathe? Is she feeling weak? Sleepiness? Are there any other discomforts? How about blood pressure before? If you have a underlying disease and your blood pressure has dropped recently, you should go to the hospital.
