My question is same as above. Fell, hit head. No blood, no bump, having some head pain on one side.

It is imperative that you go to the hospital to have a head CT scan to exclude the possibility of epidural hematoma or subdural hemorrhage, since these conditions could potentially cause brain hernia which is life-threatening.

You should first check the head CT to exclude other brain diseases. If it's diagnosed as concussion, you just need to rest.

It is strongly recommended that you go to see a doctor to have a head CT scan to exclude potential possibilities of head concussions, brain hematoma, skull base fractures, subarachnoid hemorrhage, epidural hematoma, etc.
