Yes!

If you've had shingles once, you probably won’t get it again.

That doesn’t mean it can’t happen, it’s just unlikely. Also called herpes zoster, shingles can come back a second or, rarely, a third time. But you can take steps to help prevent it, or ease it the next time around.
HOW CAN YOU PREVENT IT BECAUSE I GOT IT TWICE , WHAT CAN I DO TO PREVENT A THIRD TIME
It is very rare to get it third time. You are not that unlucky. The CDC suggests getting the shingles vaccine Shingrix (RZV) if you're age 50 or older. It was approved in 2017 and has been found to be more than 90% effective in preventing shingles and the complications caused by the disease. Even if you've already had shingles, the CDC says the vaccine can help prevent another attack.

I let it run its course once, huge regret! I've had the vaccine&everytime I have a very stressful thing happen in past 6 yrs I've had an outbreak.

What surprises me is that you've had the shingles vaccine. In theory, the shingles vaccine would prevent you from shingles recurrence. Don't know how to explain this
