How low is your blood pressure? A very low one could cause lightheadedness, dizziness and weakness.
Hypotension may lead to weakness, dizziness, etc.; it has nothing to do with an upset stomach.
A low blood pressure may make you feel nauseous and dizzy.
The normal range for blood pressure is 90/60 - 140/90. Your BP is high. Have you seen a dr? You should get it controlled by drugs.
