I used similasan eye stye drops a few weeks back, but the stye on my eyelid was still on its way by then. I used the drops for 2 to 3 days, twice a day, but you know, it's hard to tell if they helped. I also tried some hot water compresses. And after the second day the stye came to a head and I cleaned it out. Then the swelling went down quickly and it was gone. I think you can use eye drops cus they do help with the itchy and watery eyes, but I believe it's just a temporary relief thing, not a cure.
