How many times does your blood pressure drop during all the dialysis you have done? Did the doctor give you any treatment? The drop might be due to allergy, excessive ultrafiltration, and inproper use of anti-hypertension drugs if you were taking ones. Consult your doctor.
I think there are 2 common possibilities. The first is improper use of antihypertensives. The second is that the machine pulls too much fluid from your body. The first one requires an appointment with a nephrologist to tailor your anti-hypertensive medications. The 2nd one requires an appointment with a dialysis doctor.
