Do you mean you do not pee at all? For how long? Is it acute or chronic? I assume that you have no urinary excretion for > 1 day. There are many causes for this, such as prostate hyperplasia, urinary tract injury, and acute kidney failure. Therefore, you should go to the ER to get examined for these possible conditions.
How did it happen? It could be a bladder stone, benign prostate hyperplasia, neurogenic bladder, etc. Go to see a urologist.
