The amounts of caffeine you can ingest depend mainly on your weight and whether you are an adult or not.

If you are an adult with no medical conditions related to caffeine (e.g. heart problems, sleep problems, etc.), the maximum amount you can take per day is 400 mg.

If you are very slim, you can consider take a maximum of 300-350 mg.

If you are a pregnant woman, you can take 300 mg per day at most.

FYI, you can google for "caffeine calculator" where you can select your types of drink and see the amounts of caffeine in them for reference.
