I personally really enjoy a chocolate pudding after dinner, swiping out my tiredness of all day and refreshing me a lot. However homemade versions usually contain loads of sugar and little nutrition – not really good for health.

It's still possible to make a super chocolatey pudding with rich taste and nutrition though. When I saw this recipe, I thought I should share it to you all, especially those who enjoy chocolates just like me.

You should prepare
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate morsels
1 avocado, diced
1 banana
1 cup berries of your choice (before serving)

Step 1: Mix milk, cocoa and cornstarch in a small saucepan, and whisk well to blend.
Step 2: Add the chocolate morsels.
Step 3: Place the saucepan over low-to-medium heat. Cook for about three minutes, whisking well, until chocolate is melted.
Step 4: Cool slightly.
Step 5: Place chocolate mixture, the avocado and the banana in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 6: Spoon the mixture into serving cups or glasses, and cover with plastic wrap.
Step 7: Put them into the fridge. Refrigerate for at least three hours.
Step 8: Slice the berries and divide equally among the cups just before serving.
