1. Avoid strongly flatulent foods such as legumes, onions, garlic and fresh bread.
2. If flatulence still exists, having a warm bath or putting a bottle of hot water on the stomach are helpful.
3. Use the spices and herbs in the kitchen that stimulate intestinal activities and relieve flatulence. These include anise, cumin, fennel, peppermint, chamomile melissa and cilantro.
4. Take five drops of fennel oil and five drops of anise oil into a small amount of water three times a day.
