Besides watching one's sugar levels, what can be done to reduce neuropathy pain in the testicles?

Joshua 28,doctor says I have a cyst inside my testicle and surgery is my only option(which only has a success rate at 50%) or just learn to live with the pain. They gave me ibuprofen  600 ml.

Watching your sugar level? Do you have diabetes? If no, you do not need to watch your blood sugar level. The pain is caused by the cysts. It is not a kind of neuropathy. Not much can be done. Either do surgery or take painkillers.

Testicular cyst pain is not a neuropathy pain, which means pain caused by nerve problem. To relieve testicular pain caused by cysts, you should avoid vigorous leg movement.
