I am not sure what is your diagnosis. Eliquis ia an anti-coagulation drug and usually used for Afib or embolism in the artery. I guess you should eat less fat/cholesterol to avoid atherosclerosis. I am not sure what your water pill is. Diuretics? If so, you may have edema. You could drink less water.

Dude, you gotta tell us what is your condition. Water pills are generally used to relieve edema, and eliquis is an anticoagulant that prevents your blood to coagulate. It is generally for conditions like atrial fibrillation and deep vein thrombosis. I do not know what your condition is, but my feeling is that these conditions can not go away just by eating healthy.
