Normal blood pressure: SBP 90-140mmHg/DBP 60-90mmHg. Your BP is higher above the normal, which could give you headache. Cerebral hemorrhage and brain tumor also could show serious headache. You should check out with a neurologist and do tests to find out.

Your headache may be related to high blood pressure. But you should rule out more dangerous conditions - cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage. So you should check the head CT.

Your BP is high, but I do not think that a blood pressure as yours would cause massive headache. You should get a head CT scan to exclude the possibility of brain hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage. These conditions are frequently associated with long-term hypertension.
