Hey guys, have you seen the documentary "The Game Changers" on Netflix? The film was produced by some big names, including James Cameron, as well as Lewis Hamilton, Jackie Chan, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. But that’s not the point here. What astonished me is that they found a vegan diet that can make a man last longer!
Vegan diets may increase erection size, strength and duration
In the film, Dr. Aaron Spitz conducted a study on three male athletes, making them wear a pair of rings on their penises (one on the base and one on the top) and tracked the size, strength and duration of their erections over two nights.
The first night, three athletes were fed a meat burrito. The second night, they were fed a veggie one.
After eating the veggie meal, their lasting time increased up to nearly 500% (477%) and their erection hardness increased up to 13.5%, compared to the results after eating the meat meal.
That scene made me laugh out so loud. Seeing those elite alpha athletes blush at their erection strengths and frequency is really a funny thing.
As for the “going vegan makes men last longer and perform better” result, believe me, it is probably the best argument one can make for going vegan. After all, many men will never care about the scientific fact of a study on vegan diets.
How can a vegan diet boost erections?
This may be because vegan diets are low in cholesterol saturated fat, which can promote healthy blood flow. Then the healthy blood flow is related to healthy erections.
However, there is no validated evidence to prove that a vegan diet leads to better erections. “This is not a scientifically validated study, but the results that we're seeing are very exciting," Dr. Spitz commented.
Anyway, a healthy diet is essential for one’s overall health, including sex life. You don’t have to go on vegan, you just need to take foods low in saturated fats and cholesterol, and to take more vegetables and fruits.
